Services
Physical therapy services provided in the comfort of your home to accommodate your busy schedule and make it easier for you to receive the care that you deserve. All treatments are one on one with the same PT every visit so you don't have to retell your history over and over. You will be treated as an individual and we will work together on developing your plan of care. Treatments are tailored to your needs with focus on achieving your goals. There is no waiting time which means you are seen at your scheduled time and don't have to wait around to begin your session. Treatment is an outpatient service so you don't have to be homebound to receive physical therapy.
Home visits are provided in Onondaga County.

Colleen Crawford, PT, DPT
I graduated from the University at Buffalo with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2007. During my 15 years as a Physical Therapist, I had the opportunity to travel around the country and treat patients with various diagnoses in all settings including outpatient, inpatient rehab, hospitals, nursing homes, and home health to expand my knowledge. Throughout the years, patients would express their difficulty getting to PT because they were too dizzy to drive, in too much pain to get out of bed, unable to find a ride, or just too busy to get to a clinic. I knew I had to find a way for people to receive the treatment they needed and deserved, which led me to start my own practice providing PT services in the clients home with focus on their goals.
